Strike Team/Task Force Leader All Hazards
Service Description
Class Duration: 4 Days This course is designed to provide the skills and knowledge needed to perform in the position of Strike Team/Task Force Leader. Topics include position overview; pre-deployment responsibilities; concept of the position; resource typing standards; pre-dispatch preparation; incident responsibilities; administration; supervision; response; assignment; demobilization; tactics and safety; risk management; entrapment avoidance; WUI; case studies; scenarios; appropriate action vs. freelancing. Prerequisites: ICS-200: Incident Command System, CICCS qualified Engine Boss or Crew Boss **Hotel room discounts will be available to students that book their stay at Towne Place Suites where class will be held.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration and receive a refund you need to contact SS Fire Training 35-calendar days prior to the first day of the class. A $15 refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for each class canceled. However, if you cancel your registration within 30-calendar days of the first day of class you can carryover your registration towards any class we offer now or in the future. You will not lose your class registration. Just contact us to cancel and/or to apply your cancelled registration towards another SS Fire Training class.
